Mediterranean Wines

The Mediterranean climate—hot, dry summers and mild winters tempered by sea and wind—shapes some of the worldu2019s oldest vineyards and yields wines with generous alcohol, aromatics, low acidity and abundant fruit. Four key styles stand out: 1) Full-bodied, structured reds (Garnacha/Grenache, Monastrell/Mourvèdre, Cariñena/Carignan, Syrah; e.g., Priorat, Jumilla, Apulia/Sicily, Southern Rhône). 2) Aromatic Mediterranean whites (Garnacha Blanca, Malvasía, Muscat of Alexandria, Macabeo, Assyrtiko; e.g., Terra Alta/Alella, Santorini, Provence/Corsica). 3) Fresh, elegant rosés, very pale Provençal style (Garnacha, Cinsault; Catalonia, Valencia, Balearics). 4) Natural sweet and fortified wines from late harvests (Moscatel, Pedro Ximénez, Monastrell; Mistela and Fondillón of Alicante, Samos, Passito di Pantelleria).

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Arbequina)

Monovarietal Arbequina “liquid gold” from the Mediterranean coast: fruity, sweet and exquisitely balanced. Cold-extracted soon after harvest to preserve aromas, polyphenols and purity. Perfect for salads, white fish, fresh cheeses and delicate pastries.

Honeys

Artisan honey gathered in natural Mediterranean landscapes, jarred with zero manipulation to preserve 100% of its floral identity. From bright rosemary and orange blossom to intense thyme and mountain blends.

Mediterranean Nuts

Intense flavour and creamy textures: almonds (Marcona, Largueta, Comunas/Guara), hazelnuts (Negreta, Tonda Gentile), walnuts (Castilla types and Southern pecan) and pine nuts gathered from stone pine cones. A premium, sustainable selection.

Mediterranean nuts stand out for intense flavour and creamy texture. Almonds: Marcona (round, sweet and creamy) and Largueta (elongated, thin skin), plus Comunas/Guara ideal for flours, marzipan and turrón. Hazelnuts: Negreta (Reus PDO) and Tonda Gentile (Piedmont) deliver refined toasted aromas. Walnuts: common types (Sorrento, Nerpio) and Southern Pecan offer pale ivory kernels, low bitterness and great creaminess. Pistachios: top-tier Verde di Bronte (Etna) with vivid emerald colour and deep flavour; Kerman and Larnaka prized for size and natural split. Completing the range, Mediterranean pine nuts (wild, creamy, resinous) and chestnuts in gourmet formats such as marron glacé and in syrup.

We were born in 2026, but our story began generations ago. Eterna Mediterrània is the union of farming families rooted on our coast; women and men who devoted their lives to the land and to nurturing the cultural legacy and winemaking tradition.

We have always lived embraced by the Mediterranean, nourished by the wisdom of the land and the immensity of the sea. This unique microclimate —where the sea breeze caresses vineyards and olive groves— gives our products an unmistakable identity.
